• added security and HVAC systems, repaired furniture, restored the staircase, and rebuilt the column in the Main House.
• rebuilt the Carriage House and returned the collection of 5 antique carriages, used by generations of Johnstons and Woods.
• restored the Dairy and the Smokehouse, uncovering broken platters and utensils.
• stabilized the Gin House and the Stables.
• rebuilt the Arbor in the Garden, so you can once again stroll beneath it as you tour the boxwood garden.
• returned important documents and furnishings to Hayes.
• rebuilt the main entrance gates.
